Because items are handmade and produced in small batches, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, please email hello@colorherwild.com within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number, tracking number, and a photo of the damaged item, and we’ll review the situation and determine the best next step.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.
